Wonder why the Chinese quarantined entire cities, tens of millions of people? Surely an overreaction? Then look at this daily-updated graph of known infections. On average, there are about 50% more infected people every single day. When fighting exponentials, throw everything you have at it, immediately, and the Chinese know it. Fortunately. It might not be enough, however.
